I am a practicing Stress Consultant,Workplace Stress Trainer, Relaxation Therapist, Acupressure Therapist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Child and Youth Worker in Peterborough Ontario. I belong to and am Co-founder of a Holistic Collective of Practitioners called The Holistic Health and Education Centre. I provide services to adults and children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, lack of self esteem, anger, grief etc and who want to disconnect from the emotional ties of negative events, people, places and circumstances. I am mobile, have a sliding fee scale and welcome anyone who would like to experience Natural Therapies that have incredible results.

I help people relax, release negative energy blocks from physical and emotional trauma that are causing difficulties in their lives.I teach stress management tools for everyday life and work with children and adults who because of anger, anxiety, sadness, grief and negative thinking, feel they need help to move forward with their lives. I also teach relaxation in groups. Through the use of acupressure, EFT, aromatherapy, healing hot stones and a personal connection to the client , they move forward, releasing their negative energy blocks and become empowered to move forward with their goals and dreams.
