Hol-Health Wellness Spa was born through my own healing journey in 2006 when debilitating joint pain was eliminated using alternative health practices. I realized that as my pain gradually left my body and my health continued to improve, I felt compelled to share my experience.

Having a long term interest in herbal and natural remedies, the idea was not foreign to me that the body has an innate ability to heal itself given the opportunity to do so. Having such impressive results in a relatively short time increased my desire to become educated and I created a place to offer others the opportunity to be empowered and heal themselves.

Initially the Hol-Heath Wellness Spa offered the Ionic Detox Footbath and the Far Infrared Sauna. I quickly developed a keen interest in the effectiveness of energy healing and became a Reiki Master, using my intuition, gems and crystals in healing as well. Other services provided are meditation, Tong Ren (acupuncture style ancient Chinese healing method), Signature Cell Healing, Chakra Healing, Quantum Touch, Psych-K Technique, The Emotion Code, Magnetic Therapy, NIKKEN Wellness Solutions, Tens and Laser Therapy. Because the services offered are unfamilliar to many, one on one complimentary consultations are provided to explain the services and mutually decide on the best course of action to obtain the greatest benefit.

We look not only at the current issue in the body, but at the holistic view as well and what small changes one can make day to day to create significant results over all. A great deal of focus is given to water, nutrition and sleep. Often making a few changes in these 3 areas will create long term health benefits. Providing the body the environment to heal itself is very beneficial for overall physical, mental and emotional health. Issues related to physical, mental and emotional pain, cancer or side effects from cancer therapy- anything that causes the body or mind to be out of balance- can be helped!

Through Nikken we offer solutions to bring balance back to all aspects of one’s life through a philosophy called The Five Pillars of health- healthy body, mind, family, society and finances. When one finds them self out of balance in one or more of these ‘pillars’ it can create an environment for dis-ease and illness to occur.

I offer assistance to people who have interest in developing their own home based, family friendly business in alternative health through the successful Nikken Network Marketing model.

All services include fresh mineralized Nikken Pi-Mag water, green tea and ongoing consultation. Energy healing is doneon a magnetic bed or chair to enhance the healing. Visits are 45- 65 minutes in length and services range in price $30.00-$60.00. Visits are personalized and booked by appointment.
