I am a holistic healer looking to provide healing, comfort and guidance to others without the use of harsh or invasive treatments.

I have been a Reiki Master for over 12 years and have practicing many different types of holistic health methods for over 14 years. I had the honour of studying under some of the best healers in Canada. While the majority of my sessions are conducted in the greater Toronto area; I have had the pleasure of conducting sessions as far as Virginia, Louisiana and Thailand.

In addition, I conduct Intuitive Readings, Paranormal Investigations and House Clearings. I have been featured on 2 TV Shows (Roger’s “Arts In B-Town” and YTV’s “Ghost Trackers”) as an “expert” regarding my paranormal investigations at the Heritage Theatre in Brampton.

I am also the president of InSpirit Canada and create 3 signature lines of all natural bath and body products. These creations are hand-made from the highest quality all-natural products and with pure essential oils. You will never find any harsh synthetic chemicals or animal by-products in ANY of my products.

I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Kikkawa College in 1995. Since then, I have practiced Massage Therapy in a variety of settings including salons, as adjunct to Chiropractors, and in multi-disciplinary health care facilities.

Currently, I operate a Massage Therapy practice from my home.

My other educational achievements include an Honour's Bachelor of Arts, and a one year certificate program in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

Other areas in which I engage actively are physical fitness, writing, gardening and acoustic guitar/singing.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I am a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. This body, mandated and overseen by the Regulated Health Care Professions Act, serves as a governing organization for the profession of Massage Therapy, and as a resource for the public. Its website offers a wide range of information to the public regarding the practice of Massage Therapy in Ontario, including standards of practice, scope of practice, and access to a complaints process involving any breach of conduct on the part of a College member.

My mother is an internationally recognized health educator and occupational health nurse. In my five years living at the inner city anarchist community, Kathedral B, I added the therapeutic use of herbs and vegan foods to my knowledge of folk and wholistic medicine. I have an extensive background in physical therapies and the healing arts.

I am recognized by the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners in Lymphatic Drainage and Advanced Massage, Aromatherapy, Thai Reflexology and Foot Massage, Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology, Basic and Advanced Aromatology (Phytotherapy), soap, shampoo, conditioner and cosmetic making, Massage Chair Bodywork, Thai Yoga Massage, First Aid, Basic and Advanced Aroma Cosmetology (Holistic Skin Care), Nutritional Symptomology / Clinical Nutrition.
