Atlas yoga classes are open to all age groups and fitness levels. We run our classes in 8 week sessions. You can start and stop any time, yes you are always welcome to join us mid-session. This allows you to integrate yoga into your life at anytime; we fit perfectly into your schedule.

I am a holistic healer looking to provide healing, comfort and guidance to others without the use of harsh or invasive treatments.

I have been a Reiki Master for over 12 years and have practicing many different types of holistic health methods for over 14 years. I had the honour of studying under some of the best healers in Canada. While the majority of my sessions are conducted in the greater Toronto area; I have had the pleasure of conducting sessions as far as Virginia, Louisiana and Thailand.

In addition, I conduct Intuitive Readings, Paranormal Investigations and House Clearings. I have been featured on 2 TV Shows (Roger’s “Arts In B-Town” and YTV’s “Ghost Trackers”) as an “expert” regarding my paranormal investigations at the Heritage Theatre in Brampton.

Laura Gauthier, the founder of the Aura Care Academy, is a registered Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher and a seasoned Child & Youth Counsellor. Having received teachings in Ecstatic drumming, Laura enjoys using the rhythm of the Earth in her healings and workshops to aid in meditation and relaxation. A teacher of Axiatonal Realignment, Intutition Enhancement and verious personal self discovery courses, Laura offers a wholisitic approach to all her teachings and in treatment so to ensure that all aspects of the body, mind and spirit connection are being nurtured. Lee Pryke brings to this earth an aura of happy, loving energy and everyone in her presence benefits from the warmth. Lee is a graduate of University of Waterloo with a degree in Pscyhology. She has a PhD in Life Experience.

She states; "I have lived many lives in this one life time and grateful for the hard lessons that have brought me to where I am today...giving back in thankfullness, a positive healing energy and light." Lee is a Shambhala Master and a Reiki Master who works with Quantum Touch Energy and simply calls herself a Life Force Energy Worker. I am the owner and creator of fluid wellness center. I have been practicing energy healing arts since I was a young child. I was raised in a family that was spiritual and open minded. In my teenage years I attended many workshops, courses and classes about energy, healing, meditation, magik, yoga, card readings and psychic development.

In 2002 I recieved my first degree of Reiki and to follow with second degree in 2003. At that time I began practicing on friends, family and co-workers.

In 2006 I became certified to perform and teach Axiatonal Re-alignment. My teacher and mentor Christine Jacobsen is a well known healer in the Waterloo Region.

In 2007 I became a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and have been practicing on clients across Waterloo Region. My mother Candace, a well known healer in Huron County is my teacher and mentor for all Reiki levels using the Usui Shiki Ryoho and Shinju Pa Ro methods.

In 2008 I was initiated in the great universal brotherhood and sisterhood of light through the Adept program by teachers Angel and Jason Di Paolo from the Rocky Mountain Mystery school.

In 2008 I attended the course by Dr. Sharon Forrest where I was taught and initiated to CCMBA (completed cellular mind body alignment) and CCSMC (Complete cellular soul memory clearing).

I am also a nurse. I began on the journey to help people with my love of the body-science and nature. I turned to nursing. I graduated from conestoga college in 2003 from the Registered Practical Nursing program. Later in 2006 I returned to school hungry for more knowledge. I graduated from Mcmaster university bachelor of science in nursing degree in 2009. I enjoy helping people in life and have a passion for science, metaphysics and energy.

I am currently taking the Yoga Teacher Training through Atlas Yoga studios. Denise is my fabulous teacher. I hope to be a certified yoga instructor this June and incorporate all the healing modalities, science and movement together into fluid movement of the body, mind and energy.

Nancy Leach (Schaeffer) MAT, M.Sc., BMCP is a graduate of the Advanced Training of the Centre for Mind Body Medicine in Washington, DC.

A certified practitioner of Body-Mind Centering and Integral therapy, she has worked as a therapist for over twenty years and was Program Director at a Cancer Support Centre for almost nine years.

Nancy offers courses and counselling, with an emphasis on introducing people to the skills they need to live with greater awareness and wellbeing, through Mindful Way, in Waterloo, ON. She is the author of The Body Means Well: Empowered Healing.
