Kit Woods, has been intrigued by energy medicine and meditation for many years. She has been a reiki practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition since 2006 and a Master since 2008. Kit has been on a journey of spiritual development since 2002. In addition to offering Reiki, Meditation Workshops and Spiritual Development Workshops, Kit has completed her Foot Reflexology course with the Ontario College of Reflexology in the fall of 2008.

It is Kit's mission to have reiki be in every home. Just as you would have at least one family member know first aid to help your family, so too should someone know reiki.

Reiki, reflexology, meditation and personal or spiritual development is for everyone, no matter the cultural or religious background.
