I am a holistic healer looking to provide healing, comfort and guidance to others without the use of harsh or invasive treatments.

I have been a Reiki Master for over 12 years and have practicing many different types of holistic health methods for over 14 years. I had the honour of studying under some of the best healers in Canada. While the majority of my sessions are conducted in the greater Toronto area; I have had the pleasure of conducting sessions as far as Virginia, Louisiana and Thailand.

Yoga Teacher

Sabine Schoppel is a certified yoga teacher based in New Hamburg, Ontario. She teaches traditional Hatha flow yoga influenced by Yin and Kundalini practices. Her class is rejuvenating and relaxing, an uplifting experience where students find greater physical balance and strength through the postures, mental balance and focus through the breath, and a feeling of serenity and lightness in spirit.

After 14 years of dedicated yoga practice Sabine began teaching in 2008, having received her 200-hour certification from Prana Yoga College in Vancouver. She has studied various yoga styles with renowned teachers in New York, Los Angeles and Vancouver.
