I am a holistic healer looking to provide healing, comfort and guidance to others without the use of harsh or invasive treatments.

I have been a Reiki Master for over 12 years and have practicing many different types of holistic health methods for over 14 years. I had the honour of studying under some of the best healers in Canada. As a survival mechanism, stress is meant to alert us to danger by activating the fight or flight instinct. When the perceived danger is over, our bodies should come out of stress. Yoga Teacher

Sabine Schoppel is a certified yoga teacher based in New Hamburg, Ontario. She teaches traditional Hatha flow yoga influenced by Yin and Kundalini practices. Her class is rejuvenating and relaxing, an uplifting experience where students find greater physical balance and strength through the postures, mental balance and focus through the breath, and a feeling of serenity and lightness in spirit.
